  • Hall Passy dedicated to medical devices and surgery
  • Hall Paris dedicated to intra ocular implants
  • Hall Neuilly Hall dedicated to pharmaceutical companies
  • Hall Neuilly dedicated to optic and contact lenses

Please refer to rates table and floor plans in order to complete your order.
You can choose among the following packages:

Tradition package (bare space or equipped stand)

  • Insurance** Public liability and exhibition multi-risk insurance for 3,050 € worth of exhibited equipment.
  • 3kW single-phase circuit breaker (1 kW for publishers)
  • Possibility to have a bare space or an equipped stand (2,5m high melamine grey panels, aluminium structure and blue carpet, 1 led bar per 9 m2, 1 company sign, 1 table and 2 chairs).

  • e-marketing: registration of your company contact details on the SFO web site / in the exhibitors catalogue included in the congress programme / in the delegates’ smartphone application.

Small devices package

This dedicated area, located on Level 2 of the Palais des Congrès, has been created for you.

Located at the heart of Level 2, it will enable you to optimize your activity (possibility to have 1, 2 or 3 tables, spaces largely open on 1, 2 or 3 sides).It will gather all companies selling and/or distributing small devices, instruments…

The Level 2 will therefore gather this year:

  • An exhibiting area for the pharmaceutical industry,
  • An exhibiting area for publishers,
  • An exhibiting area for companies selling and/or distributing small devices, instruments…
  • An exhibiting area for associations invited by the SFO,
  • A space for “Young Ophthalmologists”

Please note that the Welcome Area and the Preview Room, which always drive a lot of flow, will also be located on Level 2. Please note that it will not be possible for companies selling and/or distributing small devices, instruments, … to exhibit on Level 1.

    Confirmation of your booth location will be sent at the end of January 2023, together with the Exhibition Guide enabling you to order additional services like furniture, plants, electricity, hostess, catering, security...

    We remind you that distribution of leaflets or sales prospecting out of your booth space are STRICTLY forbidden.
